Our Watch Services in Detail
What each service covers, what it is for and how to request it. Work is confirmed once the watch has been inspected.
Authentication
Confirms whether a watch is genuine and original. We examine the movement, case, dial, bracelet, serial and reference numbers and any documents against the reference, and explain clearly what we find, including any non-original parts. A definitive result requires the watch in hand.
Servicing
Movement care for mechanical watches: cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and testing to restore accurate, reliable timekeeping. Serviced watches are backed by our 1-year service warranty.
Repairs
Diagnosis and repair of specific faults, from a stopped movement or poor timekeeping to crown, crystal, clasp or bracelet issues. Share the problem on WhatsApp for an estimate; the work is confirmed after inspection.
Polishing
Case and bracelet refinishing to reduce scratches and restore the finish. Polishing removes metal, so on collectable and sports models a light refinish, or none at all, can be the better choice for value. We advise before any work begins.
Restoration
Careful work on vintage and worn pieces. For collectable watches, preserving original parts, dials and finishes usually matters more than making a watch look new, so restoration is planned with originality in mind.

Send photos of the watch and a short description of the issue on WhatsApp. We reply with next steps and an estimate, and the work is confirmed once the watch has been inspected at our Dubai location.
