Message us on WhatsApp with the model or reference you are after, or browse the collection online. We confirm availability, condition and price, then arrange a private viewing in Dubai or delivery. Every enquiry is handled directly by our team.
Can you source a specific reference that is not listed?
Yes. Sourcing exact references is a core part of our business. Send the brand, reference, dial and budget on WhatsApp and we will check availability through our network.
Which brands and models do you deal in?
Rolex, Audemars Piguet and Patek Philippe are our core brands, each with dedicated pages for their main collections. We also buy and sell Richard Mille, Cartier and Vacheron Constantin. Other luxury references are handled on request.
Is the watch in the photos the exact watch I receive?
Yes. Each listing shows the actual watch in stock. The price reflects that specific watch’s condition, year and completeness.
Can I view a watch before buying?
Yes. Private viewings in Dubai are arranged by appointment. Message us on WhatsApp and we will set a time that suits you.
Authenticity, condition and warranty
Are your watches authentic?
Every watch is authenticated by our specialists before it is listed. Movement, case, bracelet and documentation are verified against the reference. We guarantee authenticity on everything we sell.
How is each watch inspected before sale?
Our inspection covers authenticity, movement health, case and bracelet condition, and completeness of box and papers. Anything noteworthy is disclosed before purchase.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes. All watches sold by Omar’s Timepieces come with our own dealer warranty covering mechanical function.
Do your watches come with box and papers?
Each listing states exactly what is included. Where box or papers are missing it is clearly noted and reflected in the price.

How are your watches priced?
Reference by reference, against recent comparable sales and the live Dubai market, adjusted for dial, condition, service history and completeness.
Are your prices negotiable?
Each price is set against current market data for that exact reference and condition. If you have a specific piece in mind, discuss it with us directly on WhatsApp.
How do I pay for a watch?
Payment terms are confirmed with you directly before purchase, together with an invoice for that specific watch. Ask us on WhatsApp for the options currently available.
Selling or trading in your watch
Do you buy used luxury watches?
Yes. Eligible pre-owned luxury watches are reviewed depending on condition, brand, model and current demand.
How is my watch valued?
The valuation depends on the brand, model, reference number, condition, year, box, papers, service history and current market demand.
How fast can I receive an offer?
You receive our offer on WhatsApp within 60 minutes of sending clear photos and the watch details.
Will you lower the price when I bring my watch in?
No. If your watch matches the photos and details you sent, we pay the price we quoted online. The in-person appointment only confirms the watch is authentic and matches its description; it is not used to renegotiate the offer.
Can I sell a watch without box and papers?
Yes, many watches can still be reviewed without box and papers. Missing items are reflected in the price we quote online, and that quoted price is what we pay once the watch is inspected in person.
Is the selling process confidential?
Yes. Every sale is handled discreetly through direct communication with our team.
Visiting, delivery and after-sales
Where are you based?
Omar’s Timepieces LLC, Office 2104 E Block, Al Waha Community Building, Nad Al Hamar - Dubai. Visits are by appointment only, so please book on WhatsApp before coming. Appointment hours: Mon–Wed 9 AM–8 PM, Thu 9 AM–5 PM, Fri 2–9 PM, Sat 10 AM–8 PM, Sun closed.
Can I visit you in Dubai?
Yes. Buyers and sellers can arrange an appointment after sharing the watch or model details.
Do you deliver, or ship outside the UAE?
Delivery within the UAE is free and same day. Collection in Dubai is by appointment, and shipping outside the UAE is arranged case by case, so confirm the details with us on WhatsApp before purchase.
