Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes. All watches sold by Omar’s Timepieces come with our own dealer warranty covering mechanical function.
Are your watches 100% authentic?
Yes, without exception. Every timepiece we sell goes through a thorough authentication process before it’s offered for sale. Movement, case, dial, serial number and all components are verified. We do not deal in replicas, modified pieces, or watches with removed serial numbers. If you ever have a doubt after purchase, we’ll support you in getting independent verification from an authorised service centre.
Where do your watches come from?
We source from a trusted global network built over years in the industry including private collectors, estate sales, authorised dealers and established trade partners worldwide. Every watch is vetted before it enters our inventory. We are a grey market dealer, meaning we are not an official brand authorised dealer. This is how we’re able to offer access to pieces that are waitlisted, discontinued or no longer available through boutiques.
Can you source a specific watch I’m looking for?
Absolutely. Sourcing is one of our specialties. If you have a specific reference, dial variant or bracelet configuration in mind, get in touch and we’ll locate it for you. We work with partners across Dubai, Europe, Asia and beyond. There is no obligation until we find something that meets your criteria and you’re happy to proceed.
What condition are your pre-owned watches in?
Every listing clearly describes the condition of the watch, whether unworn, excellent, very good or lightly worn. Photos are of the actual piece you will receive, not stock images. If you’d like additional photos or a detailed condition report before purchasing, just ask.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and cryptocurrency. All transactions are documented with a formal invoice. We do not accept payments through informal channels or third party apps for security reasons.
