We operate as an independent reseller of pre‑owned authentic luxury watches. We are not an authorized dealer nor affiliated with Rolex SA, Patek Philippe SA, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, or any other brand. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of descriptions, prices and availability. However, information may change without prior notice. Photos are for reference; please contact us for full condition reports.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, returns are accepted within 7 days if the watch is not as described. Items must be returned in the same condition with all accessories and documentation. Shipping/insurance costs are non‑refundable.
Pre‑owned watches may include remaining manufacturer warranty where applicable. Otherwise, we provide an Omar’s Timepieces limited warranty of 12 months on movement functionality, excluding wear‑and‑tear, water damage, mishandling or third‑party interventions.
We comply with applicable UAE laws and regulations, including anti‑money laundering (AML) and sanctions screening. We may request identification documents to complete due diligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or purchases made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
